Last updated: 03 July 2026  ·  Effective from: 03 July 2026
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and FrontPay ("we", "us", "our"), operated at infinitylines.pro. By registering or using any part of this platform, you accept these Terms in full.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FrontPay platform — including the website at infinitylines.pro, associated mobile applications, and APIs — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after any update constitutes acceptance.

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of India or use the service for recharges in India
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not have been previously suspended or removed from FrontPay
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

FrontPay reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet these criteria.

3 Account Registration

You must register an account to access FrontPay's services. During registration, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (name, mobile number, email)
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password and not share it with anyone
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Not create multiple accounts for the same individual

We may require identity verification before activating certain features or increasing wallet limits. We reserve the right to decline registration or suspend accounts at our discretion.

4 Wallet & Payments

4.1 Wallet Top-up

You may add funds to your FrontPay wallet via UPI, NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS. Fund requests are subject to manual or automatic verification by our team. Funds are credited only after successful payment verification.

4.2 Wallet Usage

  • Wallet balance can only be used for recharges within the FrontPay platform
  • Wallet balance is non-transferable between accounts
  • Wallet balance is non-cashable — it cannot be withdrawn to a bank account except in cases of account closure at our discretion
  • Minimum top-up amount is ₹10; maximum wallet balance limit is ₹1,00,000 per account

4.3 Transaction Disputes

All wallet transactions are logged and timestamped. If you believe a transaction is incorrect, contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and resolve disputes within 15 working days.

4.4 Taxes

GST and other applicable taxes are included in the recharge amounts. Agents are responsible for their own tax compliance on commission income earned through the platform.

5 Recharge Services

5.1 Service Scope

FrontPay facilitates mobile prepaid recharges and DTH top-ups through third-party API providers. We are a service intermediary and not a telecom operator or DTH provider.

5.2 Processing Time

  • Recharges are typically processed within 2–60 seconds
  • Occasionally, recharges may be delayed due to operator-side issues; status will show as "Processing"
  • If a recharge remains in "Processing" for more than 24 hours, it will be auto-investigated

5.3 Accuracy of Details

You are solely responsible for entering the correct mobile number or DTH subscriber ID. FrontPay is not liable for recharges made to incorrect numbers provided by the user. Recharges to wrong numbers are generally non-refundable unless the operator confirms non-delivery.

5.4 Service Availability

Recharge services depend on third-party API availability. FrontPay does not guarantee 100% uptime for recharge processing. Scheduled maintenance may affect availability and will be communicated in advance.

6 Agent Terms

6.1 Agent Registration

Agents are registered users who are approved by FrontPay administration to process recharges on behalf of customers and earn commissions. Agent registration requires admin approval.

6.2 Commission

  • Commission rates are set by FrontPay administration and displayed in the Agent Dashboard
  • Commission is credited to the agent's wallet upon each successful recharge
  • Commission rates are subject to change with 7 days' prior notice
  • Commission is forfeited if the associated recharge is refunded due to failure

6.3 Agent Obligations

  • Agents must not misrepresent FrontPay's services or pricing to their customers
  • Agents are responsible for the accuracy of recharge details they enter
  • Agents must not process recharges for fraudulent or suspicious accounts
  • Misuse of the agent portal will result in immediate suspension without refund

7 Prohibited Conduct

You must not use FrontPay to:

  • Perform recharges using stolen payment credentials or fraudulently obtained funds
  • Attempt to manipulate wallet balances through chargeback fraud or false fund requests
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the platform
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our software or APIs
  • Circumvent security measures, authentication, or access controls
  • Create fake accounts to abuse referral or commission systems
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose under Indian law
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

Violation of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of wallet balance, and reporting to relevant authorities.

8 Refund Policy

Automatic Refunds (within minutes)

  • If a recharge fails and the operator confirms non-delivery, the full recharge amount is automatically refunded to your wallet
  • Refunds for failed recharges are processed immediately upon failure confirmation

Manual Refund Requests

  • Disputes about recharge delivery must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction
  • We will investigate with our API provider and respond within 5 working days
  • If confirmed as a delivery failure, the full amount will be credited to your wallet

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Recharges made to incorrect mobile numbers or DTH IDs entered by the user
  • Recharges confirmed as "Success" by the operator API
  • Recharges where the operator later provides a plan different from what was displayed (plan descriptions may change on the operator's end)
  • Fund top-ups to wallet once credited and used
All refunds are credited to your FrontPay wallet. Cash refunds to bank accounts are not provided.

10 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Disclaimer

FrontPay provides its services "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee that recharges will be delivered within a specific timeframe as this depends on third-party operators.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrontPay's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the wallet balance in your account at the time of the claim. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Delays or failures caused by third-party recharge API providers
  • Network outages, cyberattacks, or force majeure events
  • Actions taken by government authorities or telecommunications regulators

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FrontPay and its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.

11 Termination

FrontPay may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of any of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
  • Non-payment or chargeback on fund deposits
  • Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused wallet balance (if legitimate) may be refunded at our discretion, subject to applicable processing fees and verification requirements.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably by contacting our support team. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes within 30 days.
